Hosting
This website is hosted on Google Cloud (Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Ireland) in Germany. We have a data processing agreement with Google. Any access from the USA is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
What happens when you load a page
For every page request, the requested address (URL), the date and time, your device’s IP address, your browser’s user agent and the referrer are logged, both by us and by Google as the hosting provider. We use this data only to prevent attacks and for troubleshooting, do not share it with third parties, and delete it after 30 days.
Cookies, tracking and forms
This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics tools. There are no user accounts and no newsletter.
In the “Book a Demo” section you can enter the name of your organization. This information is neither sent to us nor stored: it is only used in your browser to prepare an email to us in your email program. We receive it only once you send that email yourself (see “When you contact us”).
Videos from YouTube
Some pages show videos hosted on YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The preview images are stored on our own server, so loading a page makes no connection to YouTube. Only when you click a video is it loaded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which transmits your IP address, among other data, to YouTube. From then on, Google’s privacy policy applies.
When you contact us
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details only to answer your request and delete them once they are no longer needed for that purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Legal basis
We process the server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating this website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We process enquiries by email or phone to take pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, deleted or its processing restricted, to data portability, and to object to processing (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For any of this, an email to info@entryzero.ai is enough.
